Playtesters names for final PDF

I need the playtesters names (in the way they want them to appear in print, so yes you can choose an alias if you prefer) for the credits page of the book. Please let me know here so I do not miss anyone who contributed. Basically, if you have posted on these pages and tried these rulòes or commented, caught typos etc, you should be thanked in the book...

We will wait a few more days (a week) because Damon is painting a few fungi models he just received (I sent a pic with today's update on the KS) so I want pics of the painted models to be in the book.
