Low Kick question

Unread postby Sam_Pate » Fri Mar 13, 2015 4:30 pm

When a figure with Low Kick moves into contact with a knocked down model he can perform a free hack.

Does this free hack get all the usual bonus' when attacking a knocked down model ie (+2 to it's combat and non-doubled kill)?

This was the debate at the time. It is buying an extra situational attack, a sort of power-opportunistic.

We wondered, as it was only when a figure moves into contact, if it was simulating a kick or stamp. This would suggest a non-weapon attack so not get the usual knockdown bonus? If it is a full attack it becomes a bit more like group fighter, move in kill fallen foe then attack neighboring foe,

Yes in the context of FiFu creatures it is used to represent a martial artist giving a killing blow to a downed foe but also a big creature tranpling a prone opponent.

OK, that makes sense in that context of the skill (or size) of the attack being more deadly.
