I am changing Counterspell (will issue an errata for Fightin Fungi at some point). The way it is written causes some problems. Here is the new text:

I don't understand the question. It is a trait like other spells and is subject to the same limitations as other spells.It is also pretty expensive, point-wise.
I think one should not be able to parry a shield rush.
Also, shouldn't parrying while prone be penalize/prohibited?
it's been debated (in my original intention Prone targets could not Parry at all) and in the end we decided that yes, prone targets should have a modifier. I altered the text:
Parry does not protect from Flails, missile weapons or spells (including spells with the Melee tag), or the Headbutt and Shield Rush Traits. A Prone model has -1 on his Parry rolls, and may turn a Recoil or Knockdown to a No Effect, but a Kill or Gruesome Kill may not be reduced.

All non-flying models in play, including the caster, must resist the spell or be knocked Prone. Each large tree or building in play has a (power) in 6 chance of collapsing as well. Treat collapsed structures as rubble or linear obstacles as appropriate. Any model adjacent to a large tree or adjacent/inside a building takes a Free Hack with a C equal to the spell’s power.
Backfire: Caster is knocked Prone.
Models leaving a melee or appearing into a melee because of the Switcheroo spell do NOT receive a Free Hack and do not enjoy an Ambush bonus. The caster may NOT be one of the two affected figures. In other words, you cannot cast switcheroo on yourself in order to backstab someone. The only case in which a mage is affected by his own Switcheroo is when the backfire effect is caused.
models caught in an avalanche (backfire of snowstorm spell) may not be attacked. It's pretty obvious but the rules did not state it.
Also, we can assume a Fireball, a Wall of Fire or Flaming Touch spell will immediately free the snowbound character.
I modified the text for Mind Control spell to make clear that you can't control more than one creature at a time, and that mind controlled creatures count as out of action while they are being controlled.

So I was noticing that the rate trait is described twice both at the beginning of the trait chapter and then alphabetically. Do you really need it twice? You could probably get rid of the first one and save some space.

Hey, it looks like there's a page missing or something after the Regroup heading. It begins to explain the rule, but stops in the middle of a sentence and the next page begins with 'The Environment'.
Long Bow - Up to 1 x Long +1; 2 x Long +0; 3 x Long -2
Crossbow - A Crossbow may fire an attack at +1 over Long range, at +0 over 2 x Long and at -2 at 3 x Long
Unerring Aim - The model halves range modifiers when shooting: -2 becomes -1 and -4 becomes -2.
Since the range modifiers for these bows are different from the standard range modifiers am I correct in that unerring aim would only affect the 3x Long penalty making it -1?

there is no clear answer because it depends on the scenario.
The rules are written for two sides, so we can use the convenient definition of "friend" or "foe".
So, in the 3 sides scenario you were playing - were the two other sides both your enemies? I guess so, and in that case, I would allow Switcheroo to be used.
90% of players will play 2 sided battles so I prefer not to confuse the rules and tell those who play with more sides to use their common sense based on the...

Long Reach weapons are at -1 in cramped situations (battlements, dungeon corridors, tunnels, openings in a room, thick forest) where the length of the weapon interferes with the character's movements. However, enemies attacking an otherwise unengaged model with Long Reach lose any Mounted or Higher Elevation bonus they might have.
Fearless Fearless models do not test Morale for Gruesome Kills and are immune to the effects of Terror. They test Morale for other occurrences (loss of a Leader, warband under 50%).

Place the end of a measuring stick of the appropriate length on that spot to determine who is caught in the radius. Every character whose base is even partially within the area is hit by the spell and may be affected.
Does this mean a short area spell has a radius of 75mm, a diameter of 150mm, or is the diameter 75mm, as the cone is wide....
