I think one should not be able to parry a shield rush.

Also, shouldn't parrying while prone be penalize/prohibited?

Headbutt vs Shield Rush

Headbutt costs 4pts and works more often than Shield Rush (more restrictions and costs 5pts), rendering that trait rather obsolete.

I am not sure if it was an intent or not, but the "Flail" trait is missing, though referenced both in text and profiles.

Can Boiling Blood be used in a reaction? And how long does it last in general - until the turnover, or until the last action(reaction) of the character?

Blocking works like this: if the model has been put out of action, knocked down or recoiled, he rolls a die, on a 5 or 6 (or on a 6 only if the model is surrounded by 3+ foes and/or knocked down), the model may downgrade a OOA into a Knockdown or a Knockdown into a Recoil or a Recoil into a No effe...

Oh yes, a tough leader can afford the luxury of leading from the front - I'll have to try it once, too. Reactions In case of no restrictions on length or LoS, I'd just call them "opportunity activations" or something like that. I'm only afraid that when picking a lower Q warband vs higher ...

I used to represent polearms by Dashing in SoBH too, then I tried using Tailslap instead (with worse results, of course), then I used my own rule "if won attack in melee, C+2 and then recalculate", now I give them Heavy Weapon (and maybe I'll add some limited form of Long Weapon to it too)...
